Hotel

The meeting will be held at the Roosevelt Hotel located at 123 Baronne Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112. The hotel is situated across the street from the French Quarter and about one block from the famous (or infamous) Bourbon Street. The hotel has been in New Orleans, under various names, for over 100 years and was once one of the South’s original grand hotels. Entertainers such as Louis Armstrong and Cab Calloway have performed in the hotel’s legendary Blue Room which will be the site for the NCTSN Network Reception. After the ravages of Hurricane Katrina, the hotel experienced a complete $145 million renovation which added modern amenities while restoring some of its former opulence. It is now part of the Waldorf Astoria collection of hotels.

The hotel features 504 guest rooms and is offering NCTSN attendees a rate of $133 plus 13% sales tax and an occupancy tax of $2 per night (total $152.29) for single or double occupancy. This rate will be available to attendees from February 27 through March 6 (subject to availability). All rooms include flat-screen high definition televisions and complimentary high-speed Internet access. NCTSN attendees will also have complimentary use of the fitness center.
