Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) offers 123 flights with daily direct service to 34 U.S. cities. The Roosevelt hotel is located about 12 miles from the airport. Driving time from the hotel to the airport is about 25-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Taxis from the airport to downtown cost $33 for 1-2 passengers or $14 per person for 3 or more passengers. All taxis are required to accept all major credit cards as well as cash. Shuttle service costs $20 per person one-way or $38 round-trip.

The use of rental cars is disallowed unless approved in advance by SAMHSA.
